How to get started – Career Counseling
The process includes an introductory meeting with one of our managing consultants, a personality test, analysis and counseling. Afterwards, there will be meetings with the managing consultant and creation of a career development roadmap. In addition a long-term career plan will be developed.

The point of departure is the company’s situation, strategy and wishes. The goal is that both the company and the individual employee get the most out of the process. Our counseling always takes place in confidence with respect for the employee and the company.
